“Miss Universe” is an ongoing series of digital photo-collages, created using a mixture of vintage analog photographs from archives, mixed with modern satellite photos of stars, planets and the galaxy.
Taking away the focus from pageant-shows, the series was made with the aim to put out some positive images into the world, featuring happy, free and confident girls enjoying themselves and taking on the universe!
The collage series was published on social media like Twitter, Tumblr and Instagram to promote body positivity, confidence and girl-power, through meteorite-metaphors.
